DESCRIPTION: A huge, bulbous, barrel chested man, with weight distributed all over his body. An oval, full face, his real features are hidden behind a full facial beard and moustache. His eyes are grey and deep set, his brow jets out a little, giving him a piercing, menacing look.
PERSONALITY: Suave, debonair, over bearing, confident and intelligent. He is a man who knows what he wants and goes after it, he lets nothing stop him, at any cost. Anything, or anyone, who gets in his way is taken out.
OTHER: Once a legitimate business, he is, and has been for years, THE head of the Earth Crime Network(ECN), and he doesn't hide it. If anything, October flaunts who and what he is. Perhaps the most powerful human in the Galaxy, his influence and Network spans to all four corners and covers over half the galaxy. A powerful man to have as an ally or enemy. All in all though he is a surprising fair and just man.
