OTHER: Harold October's sidekick, anywhere Harold goes, Lucius is with him. Despite the fact that many might see Lucius as October's lapdog, they are in fact the best of friends. Lucius never speaks and rarely does he acknowledge anything anyone says, other then Harold. Which leads to the belief that he may be mute, deaf or both.
